This study uses an observational analytic research design, with a Cross Sectional approach using primary data. The population of this study was all infants aged 0-6 months who were given exclusive breastfeeding in Gempolpading Village, Pucuk Subdistrict, Lamongan Regency with a total population of 20 infants and a sample of 20 infants. How to take samples by using Nonprobability sampling with Total Sampling technique. Then the data collected is processed using the Spearman Rank test.<br>From the Spearman Rank test results obtained p value (0,000) &lt;α (0.05), then H1 is accepted, meaning there is a relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and the growth of infants aged 0-6 months in Gempolpading Village, Pucuk District, Lamongan Regency.<br>The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and the growth of infants aged 0-6 months in Desa Gempolpading, Pucuk Subdistrict, Lamongan Regency.
